Uh I played both rugby and paintball and if you play rugby right it is way more of a rush then paintball. Im sorry I was a front in paintball and I would get hit all the time and I could stand there and take 50 of those shots no problem but I took one hit from a 285 pound guy in rugby and that took me alittle while longer to get up from... rugby FTW I will never stop playing HAHAHAHAHA
